**Description**:
We are seeking a Pro Housekeeper Supervisor to lead our pro housekeeping team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in housekeeping and supervisory experience, who excels in creating and maintaining high standards of home care and organization.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping team.
- Train and mentor new staff members, providing guidance in advanced housekeeping tasks.
- Ensure quality and efficiency in home cleaning, meal preparation, pet care, nannying, organizing, and laundry tasks.
- Develop and implement housekeeping systems and schedules.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure high standards.
- Handle administrative tasks related to staff scheduling and performance evaluations.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a housekeeper with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Knowledge of advanced cleaning techniques and home care best practices.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to the needs of different households.
