We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager for Branding & PR Communications. This role is crucial in shaping our brand narrative, managing public relations, and developing compelling messaging across different communication channels at global level.
- Collaborate with marketing and communication teams to develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy.
- Manage all aspects of public relations, including handling media inquiries, press releases, and other PR activities.
- Plan and execute engaging PR campaigns, in collaboration with internal teams.
- Develop creative strategies to engage with various audiences and boost brand awareness.
- Monitor media trends, industry news, and opportunities for innovative PR initiatives.
- Craft and deliver impactful messages for diverse media platforms, including digital, print, and broadcast.
- Regularly track, analyze, and communicate PR results.
- Developer opportunities to strengthen brand positioning, communication
- Manage Key Opinion Leaders
- Manage the brand marketing, promotional, products/service development (budget & implications)
- Develop branded content strategy
- Develop creative strategy at the corporate level
- Partnership / alliances management
- Develop communication strategies on new digital media.
- Manage all regional media channel & platform
- Deliver branded localized collaterals for each region
- Manage corporate communication & content throughout all channel
- Develop media relationship & Work closely with the PR agency of record to meet KPIs across all projects where applicable

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 5-6 years of experience in branding and PR communications, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Demonstrable experience as a Public Relations Assistant Manager or similar PR role.
- Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast, and print).
- Proficiency in MS Office and social media.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Solid knowledge of PR and branding best practices and trends.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative PR strategies.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Proficiency in using branding and PR tools and software.
