Location: North

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform as a Senior Field Service Engineer with in-depth understanding on complex precision NSR product models and systems (GF7 scanner S206/207/S208 & SF100/140, IME scanner S610, X-FAB scanner S204/S205/S210, SF100/110/130, and stepper EX14/i14, UMC SF120/130/140/155, HP SF155, RF360 stepper i14 and i12, Fuji SF155/i14) and provide precision engineering consultation to both local & South-East Asia customers
- Independently perform local & regional machine installation and calibrate projection lens aberration while ensuring that NSR performance and service specification requirements are achieved
- Responsible for local and regional service repair, troubleshoot and recovery within shortest downtime and adhere to standard quality control and measurements
- Provide advanced level of technical advice and conduct training for local engineers to develop higher level of expertise
- Utilize e-diagnostics software to independently analyze complex system problems, identify the root cause of issue and develop troubleshooting using strong data analytical and problem-solving techniques for effective system counter measures and enhancement
- Communicate and work closely with Precision headquarter office in Taiwan (Nikon Precision Taiwan) to update on the machines’ specifications, performance, and issue as well as to provide monthly technical report
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
- Ability to learn and grow with our organization

**Requirements**:

- Attained Degree in the related Engineering field with at least 5 years’ experience in installation and repair of Nikon semi-con stepper and scanner in Wafer Fab
- Demonstrated strong knowledge in complex Nikon precision NSR product models and systems
- Must be willing to travel overseas (South-East Asia) to support customers as and when needed (up to 6 months each trip)
- Must have strong analytical, excellent problem-solving skills and data interpretation skills
