Handle sales enquiries on projects and purchase of Indent goods.
- Prepare and follow up on sales quotations and co-ordinate deliveries with customer and supplier.
- Respond to all in-coming sales enquiries
- Purchase and update delivery confirmation in SAP
- Follow up on all generated quotations, identify potential customer needs and work closely with the external sales team.
- Ensure timely replenishment, sufficient stock level and inventory turnover for finished goods & trading items
- Attend weekly department meeting and all products training sessions
- Purchase of finished goods i.e process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Verification of freight bills for incoming shipments, coordinate and arrange local deliveries
- Collaborate with the sales and internal sales support team. Update delivery schedule confirmation related information in CRM system
- Facilitate agreement of MRP & stock management with factory, perform regular stock analysis to optimize costs and ensure timely replenishment of goods.
- Conduct customer’s visit to resolve any problems.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
- Diploma/ Degree in Logistics or relevant studies
