**Position Summary**:
The eCommerce Site Operations Rookie, during their 6-month internship, will play a key role aiding campaign strategy development and implementing data analytics techniques to uncover trends and insights. This opportunity will provide invaluable hands-on experience and deep insights into the world of online retail.

**Your Impact**:

- Assist in campaign planning and content updates on ecommerce system.
- Learn data analytics techniques to identify trends and insights.
- Utilize Excel and Power BI for reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance user experience.
- Monitor inventory and shipping processes.

**What Exposures Will You Gain By The End Of The Internship**:

- Exposure hands-on Ecommerce and digital marketing experience.
- Ability to understand and gain hands-on experience on supporting the eCommerce retail business through data analysis.
- How to communicate across a diverse organization with many different cultures, geographies and preferences

**Qualifications**:

- Passion for Ecommerce and willingness to learn.
- Basic marketing understanding.
- Proficiency in Excel; Power BI knowledge a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
- Sports enthusiast preferred.

**Base Compensation**:
Most new hires fall within this range and have the opportunity to earn more over time. Initial placement within the salary range, however, is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills and experience for the position.
