As an Operations Intern, you will be involved in the key operational processes that allow our range of Smile Cosmetics products to get in the hands of customers seamlessly with a smile. You will understand and help optimise the supply chain for multiple products in multiple markets.

This is a unique opportunity to acquire experience in Operations, CRM & Product, and become a potentially invaluable asset to any company, or as a future entrepreneur

- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel highly preferred

**We are looking for an ambitious Ecommerce Operations Intern to**:

- Support the Smile Cosmetics operations team to fulfil customer demand for multiple e-commerce products
- Liaise with various stakeholders in the supply chain to ensure our customers are happy with their orders
- Be involved in defining a new operational setup for scale including subscription management and new product launches
- Work closely with the Product team to improve operational process using CRM, Excel and other tools
