Manage and supervise the transportation operations, daily work and safety of delivery drivers, including adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, planned routes and providing good customer service
Ensure prompt delivery of goods to Polar outlets, petrol stations, convenience stores, B2B, customers and partners
Prepare work schedules and plan delivery routes to optimize operational efficiency to fully meet customers’ requirements
Coordinate with internal and external customers to support daily deliveries. Anticipate and highlight potential problems to ensure smooth deliveries
Coordinate vehicle inspection, maintenance and servicing of fleet
Ensure the general upkeep and cleanliness of the fleet
Responsible for the orientation and training of delivery drivers
Assist in investigation of accidents, incidents and disputes as it arises
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior

**Requirements**:
Minimum ITE with at least 1 year’s experience in related field, preferably in Transportation/Logistics/Distribution/F&B industry
Possess Class 3 driving licence and familiar with Singapore roads
Possess positive attitude and initiative
Able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Good problem solving skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced and changing environment
Ability to work well as a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Possess good communication skills in Mandarin and English - both written and verbal due to the need to communicate and liaise with Chinese-speaking customers
