**Responsibilities**:

- To be overall responsible for the management of the dormitory, rented HDB and efficient management of manpower and resources.
- To ensure that all requirements under MOM FCD licensing, SLM, SDM requirements are strictly complied with.
- Execution of routine inspection at residential and common areas in the dormitory compound
- Rescheduling of SRS - RRT of swab test if missed out
- IPC check submission every 2 weeks for all dorms
- Inspection & maintenance of company rented HDB every 3 months
- Liaising & updating HDB property owner on change of tenant’s /tenants particulars (for renting out bedrooms)
- Follow up & keep up to date on MOM COVID 19 advisories compliance. BCA dormitory & transportation regulations (e.g.: RRT & ART registrations)
- Submission upon request of managers /supervisors of essential errands
- Reports activities of residents pertaining to drug abuse, theft, alcohol intoxication, violence, peddling of contraband cigarettes
- Updating of dormitory room list upon on-boarding & off-boarding of workers
- Reports violation of dormitory house rules and files incident reports Assists senior team members in workers’ repatriation.
- To co-ordinate marketing efforts to ensure that the occupancy of the dormitory is at optimum level at all times.
- Conduct regular unit inspection and rectification on irregularities
- To be responsible for the general maintenance and cleanliness of the dormitory, its immediate precincts and all common areas.
- To ensure that defects reported by clients are promptly rectified and to levy appropriate charges if the management is not liable for such defects
- Carry out any assigned ad hoc duties assigned by relevant department

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience or operational experience
- Well-verse in MOM, SCDF regulations
- Good communication
- Positive and firm personality

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
