DESIGNATION : [Hyundai Motor Group] Sr. Strategic Planning Specialist

RESPONSIBILITIES
- This position is responsible for planning mid
- to long-term strategies based on the intelligent manufacturing platform of HMGICS.
- This position is to secure HMGICS' smart factory competitiveness and also expand the intelligent manufacturing platform business.
- Communicating and implementing a HMGICS' strategy internally and externally with HQ, reginal HQ and partners so that business associate understand the strategic plan and how it carries out the goals.
- Coordinate the facillitate the strategic review through to HQ in Korea, Reginal HQ, Partners and excutive level manager, etc.
- Interpretation support for executive board meetings, CEO meetings, etc.
- Establishing strategy and Driving decision-making that creates medium-and long-term improvement of HMGICS.
- Determin the most effective strategic direction to engage with internal and external stakeholders throughout the process.
- Establishing and reviewing key strategic priorities and translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan of HMGICS.
- Create, Share and Use knowledge and learning to drive HMGICS' Strategic review.
- Monitoring the execution of the strategic plan.
- Facilitating and driving key strategic initiatives through inception phase
- Develop and nurture relationships with network members, partners and HQ to enable an effective strategic planning.
- Ensuring departmental/unit strategic planning projects reflect organizational strategic priorities.
- Partnering with institutional leadership, special committees, and consultants to support execution of key initiatives
- Engage with the external facilitator and the steering committee to drive HMGICS' Strategic direction.
- Translating strategies into actionable and quantitative plans
- Acting as a resource across an organization to increase broad cohesion for strategic plans
- Conduct and research industy 4.0, Smart factory market and industry trends.
- Prepare reports on strategy idean and planning for excutives.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or higher from a reputable institution or strategy consulting firm
- Total 5~10 years of experience in planning, strategy cunsulting, and managing smart factory
- Understanding in the technology of smart factory and the value chain of vehicle industry.
- Skills in strategic / Critical thinking, logical reporting, Communication, researching, Problem-solving
- Knowledge of the mobility ecosystem and industry 4.0
- Fluent in English
- Need Korean language capabilities to support CEO and coordinate HMGICS with HQ.
