**Role Description**:
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Assistant in Singapore. The Personal Assistant will handle day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing diaries, providing executive administrative assistance, and performing clerical duties. Strong communication skills are essential for liaising with internal and external stakeholders, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments
- Coordinate client engagement and follow-ups
- Maintain records, trackers, and reports using Excel
- Support in administrative and client management tasks
- Ensure clear communication between internal and external stakeholders
**Requirements**:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Confident in handling client calls and engagements
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Self-driven and reliable; able to work independently
- Based in Singapore or able to work remotely with a flexible schedule
**Bonus**:
- Interest in tech, AI, or digital marketing
- Prior experience in client service or admin support
