**Job Description** Office Location**:
Jurong, Pioneer Turn (2 days WFH)

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor Purchase Orders (PO)
- Perform MIRO
- Analyse PO with discrepancies
- Post invoices without purchase orders
- Monitor Fixed Asset payments including deposits paid but not yet capitalized
- Prepare payment & journal entries
- Work with the Assistant AP Manager on any ad-hoc duties
- Follow up with Controllers & Area Managers on accruals/provision
- Liaise with Planner on stock discrepancies
- Liaise with colleagues, suppliers and inter-companies on billing enquiries
- Liaise with auditors on any audit queries
- Liaise with HQ on stock and payable reconciliation

**Qualifications** Key competencies**:

- Meticulous
- Good team-playing skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast changing environment
- Dynamic and proactive

**Technical skills**:

- Strong in accounting entries
- Knowledge of SAP and Accpac is a plus
- Knowledge of GST is a must
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel (formulas, pivot table and basic functions)

**Profile**:

- Diploma/Degree in Accountancy / ACCA / currently pursuing ACCA
- 5 years of experience in Accounting
- Must not be a job-hopper (someone who changes companies every year or two on one's own volition)
