Fitness Consultant

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Proven relative industry experience for a minimum of 8 years, experience in Body Transformation
- Degree in Fitness / Exercise Science / Certificate in Strength and Conditioning (NSCA CSCS, ASCA, UKSCA) or similar qualification
- Possess valid Personal Training/Coaching certification/s (NSCA ,ACE, ACSM) or equivalent
- Valid CPR, AED and First Aid Certification
- Extensive sales experience
- Established client based or network in Singapore is essential
- Excellent client management and lead generation skills
- Independent, high commitment and drive
- Strong qualifications across multiple areas of Health & Fitness
- Willing to work flexible hours during the day or week including early mornings, weekends and public holiday

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Body transformation specialist creating personalized fitness programs and meal plans to achieve targeted body fat percentage goals
- Conduct fitness assessments or consultation to present, promote and sell our services to prospective clients.
- Develop a safe and effective exercise personal training programmes in order to assist clients in achieving their fitness goals
- Responsible as the Subject Matter Expert for the fitness tech development team to formulate customer lifetime value and new technologies to drive the new fitness app project.
- Enhance profitability by organising and delivering an appropriate range of fitness programmes and revenue-generating activities such as complimentary workouts, road shows, seminars etc
- Achieve monthly sales and service targets or KPI as set out by the Company
- Contribute to social media content/marketing
