We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our fitness team. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for driving membership sales, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our gym’s programs and services to potential and existing members. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for health and fitness, and the ability to meet sales targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate and follow up on leads to drive new membership sales.
- Conduct tours of the facility for prospective members, highlighting benefits and services.
- Build strong relationships with members to encourage retention and referrals.
- Actively promote personal training and other gym services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the gym’s overall revenue goals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and memberships in the CRM system.
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional campaigns and events.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and represent the brand positively.
- Collaborate with the operations and fitness team to deliver a seamless member experience.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (fitness industry preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets.
- Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented.
- Basic knowledge of fitness programs and services is an advantage.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
