YAKINIQUEST - a Japanese fine-dininig BEEF YAKINIKU restaurant is looking for passionate and team-oriented Junior Sommelier.

Great opprtunity for you to work under skilled, knowledgeful sommelier by handling variety of wine / sake / whiskey / shochu / craft beer / liquor etc.

Main duties as a Junior Sommelier:

- **Advising restaurant’s wine/sake list in coordination with Sommelier and Manager.**:

- **Advising guests on wine/sake based on their personal tastes and foods.**:

- **Informing guests about different varieties of wine/sake and price.**:

- **Ensuring communication with Sommelier / Manager to identify wine/sake that need to be upsold in order to maintain stocks.**:

- **Contributing to raising the skill & knowledge level of team. (e.g.) Knowledge of wine/sake, Knowledge in the pairing of wine/sake to food and to be able to upsell to guests.**

You will also be asked to support Service Crew by doing below duties:

- Taking order, making drinks, clearing plates,.
- Servicing for the customer including grilling meat.
- Providing highest quality services for the customer.
- Providing assistance for any work relevant issues.

- 4:30pm-10:30pm 6days/week
- Lunch & Dinner shift is also available with higher salary
- Lunch & Dinner shift... 11:00am-3pm / 4:30pm-10:30pm 5days/week
