With over 1,200 wine labels, a range of cocktail curiosities, and modern classic dishes by Michelin-starred talent set to the soundtrack of live music from jazz, soul, R&B, enter a sensorial playground that's both intimate and playfully unfiltered.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional wine service to our guests, tailoring recommendations to guests’ needs and guiding guests through the wine selection process
Oversee the purchase and management of wine inventory, specially curating a list of unique wines that complements the overall service and culinary direction of the venue
Collaborate with our culinary team to create a list of wine and food pairing menus
Maintain a deep knowledge of wine, including varietals, regions, and vintages
Mentor and coach restaurant team members on wine knowledge
Keeping abreast with the latest happenings in the industry, especially in the field of beverages and wines
Who we are looking for
Minimum of a year of experience working as a junior sommelier
WSET or CSW qualifications preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Be bold, have a never-say-die attitude
Team player
Pushing boundaries and venturing into the unknown
