**Business Profile Description**

ADSC Education was established in 2016 as Education/IT developing company and we aim to provide quality education for children
- Providing secretarial and administrative support to Business Manager such as: preparation of meeting minutes and follow up action plans
- Book keepings of education centers weekly and monthly performance
- Liaise with corporate management team if required
- Collecting financial data from various education centres and prepare reports for reporting HQ
- Support Business Manager on major initiatives and projects where needed
- Other Ad-hoc duties assigned by Business Manager

**Qualifications and requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in book keeping for small business (1 year)
- Possess effective organizational and follow-up skills, attention to details
- Experienced in office administration
- Good inter-personal skills & communication
- Ability to manage complex and highly confidential information with discretion and integrity

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
