INSEAD is currently looking for an Events Coordinator to join our Degree Programmes Department. This is a temporary (3 months contract) and full-time position that will be based at our Asia Campus in One-North, Singapore.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
Inhouse Event and Job Portal platform
Daily administration of the inhouse portal (CareerGlobe) used by Students and Recruiters to include the following:
Validate incoming account requests and job postings from recruiters within the Asia Pacific and Middle East Regions
Upload Job postings into the portal for students to apply
Administration and Team Support
Recruiting Event Logistics Support
Create Zoom Links & update recruiting events planning document
Communicate to the students on Zoom links for upcoming events
Update the departments online activities calendar for students to search for event activities
Support the delivery of online engagement events during the recruitment season (March to May)
Newsletter collation
In collaboration with FBL counterparts, collect all relevant information on upcoming recruiting and engagement activities, (banners, links, facilitators) and add them to the weekly Newsletters for current MBA classes
To be successful in this role, you should have
At least 1 to 2 years in events management
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to multi-task ; fast paced and may need to work after 6pm if there are ongoing events
Experience in using zoom; very tech-savvy (has done job postings before, run events online etc); ideal if they have experience managing websites as well (on Drupal)
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Power Point and Excel, Google Docs)
Comfortable using and updating databases and digital platforms
Clear communicator and a good level of written English
Team player
Good time management
High level of attention to detail
