We are hiring for an Experience Data Coordinator to join our Career Development Centre (CDC). This is a full-time permanent position to be based in our Asia campus in Singapore.
The CDC provides career opportunities to our INSEAD graduates and working professionals by connecting with companies and organisations globally.
Key Responsibilities include:
**Internal Platform administration duties**
**Administration of the inhouse portal used by Students and Recruiters for Events and Jobs to include the following**:

- Data Management - maintaining clean and accurate contact and engagement data within the portal. Validating incoming account requests and job postings from recruiters.
- Upload Job postings into the portal for students to apply
- Extract and prepare reports for the team related to the data within the portal
- Provide guidance to the team on new event setup and use of functionality
- Provide Level 1 troubleshooting on the separate Student and Recruiter interfaces for issues encountered by stakeholders
- Work closely with the IT Business Partner and overtime provide Super User support for the portal on trouble shooting system bugs, escalating to the platform external support and testing any new upgrades or features before implementation.
- Train new team members on using the portal

**Experience Analytics**
- Design and build surveys to collect students’ and participants’ data (e.g., preferences, engagement), workshop outcomes, recruiters’ satisfaction and for other such similar quality analytics
- Export and present data from survey results, click rates, sign-up rates etc.), to internal stakeholders

**Management Reporting**
- Maintain appropriate records (e.g., tracking files) to support management reporting
- Provide timely, relevant, and accurate regular reports and analysis of the results
- Provide analytical support to various CDC Functions

**Co-ordination of Annual Employment Statistics**
- Working with the Data Intelligence Manager produce the annual Employment Statistics. Collect and analyse employment data to include the following:

- Setup Qualtrics survey
- Extract and clean data received from Students

**Administration and Team Support**
- Understand the navigation of the platforms and websites used by the CDC, to support questions from students regarding the navigation and where to find information.
- Working with counterparts on the Fontainebleau campus and across the global team ensure alignment on the experience delivered to CDC Stakeholders.

**Others**
- Support the team in delivery of logistics for recruitment and educational career events and activities
- Support the set up for events/activities on the relevant digital platform and be able to train students and recruiters in how to use the platforms.

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree holder with at least two years’ work experience preferably in a data entry/data quality role.
- Passion for working with data and new systems, highly curious to understand and find out how to best put together data from different sources and systems.
- Highly proficient in MS Office suite, advanced Excel knowledge in pivot tables and Vlookup.
- Good team player.
- Very detailed oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working in an international environment.
