**Job Summary**

We are seeking a passionate and talented AI Solutions Associate to join and help shape our new AI initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to be a key early member of our AI team, contributing to the development of innovative AI agents and automation systems that solve real-world business problems. You will help enhance productivity and innovation by supporting the creation of end-to-end AI solutions that deliver tangible value.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Consultancy and Solution Architecture**:Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Finance, Marketing) and key stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation. Design comprehensive system architectures and strategic implementation roadmaps for scalable AI solutions.
- **End-to-End AI System Development**:Lead the complete lifecycle of AI projects, from ideation and proof-of-concept to the deployment and maintenance of production-grade AI agents and automation workflows.
- **RAG and Data Management**:Architect and implement advanced Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines. Collect, preprocess, and manage data for fine-tuning models, ensuring strict adherence to data privacy, security, and compliance policies.
- **Technical Implementation & Integration**:

- Develop and fine-tune complex AI systems using Python, JavaScript, and modern AI frameworks such as Lang Chain and Lang Graph.
- Build and integrate AI solutions using code/low code automation platforms (e.g., Make, Zapier, n8n) to accelerate deployment and iteration.
- Develop robust front-end interfaces (HTML/CSS/React) and optimize backend systems to seamlessly integrate AI tools with enterprise platforms, databases, and third-party APIs.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor’s degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience building AI systems, OR a strong portfolio demonstrating the successful delivery of at least 2-3 complex AI automation or machine learning projects from concept to completion.
- **Essential Expertise**:A deep, practical understanding of AI agentic architectures, prompt orchestration, Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone) and the Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) process is mandatory.

**Technical Proficiency**:

- Strong programming skills in **Python**& **JavaScript**.
- Hands-on experience with AI development libraries such as **Lang Chain**and **Lang Graph**.
- Familiarity with automation platforms like **Make**, or **Zapier**.
- Solid full-stack development experience ( **HTML/CSS/JS/React**, **Python/Node.js**). A strong background in front-end development is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency with API integration and understanding of data structures like **JSON Schema**.
- Demonstrable experience in stakeholder management and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience with cloud AI platforms (e.g., Azure AI, Google Vertex AI) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to design and implement innovative solutions to business challenges.
- A portfolio of past projects or a GitHub profile showcasing your work is strongly encouraged.
