**Job Description**:
Job Responsibilities
- Assist to review existing guest touch-points and identify opportunities to digitalise them via ASR app, self-service kiosks or new digital platforms or RPA
- Assist to review existing operations/ back-of-house/ staff touch-points and identify opportunities to optimise them through digitalisation or RPA
- Assist to source and/or research potential solutions or vendors for identified opportunities for digitisation or RPA
- Assist in project management and rollout of solutions

Job Requirements
- Studied in related disciplines including Business Analyst, Marketing, Hospitality, IT, Info Systems, Engineering, Business etc.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Work/academic experience in the following areas will be an advantage: project management roles, hospitality, mobile app development, RPA development, Business
- Proficient in MS Office
