**Job Scope**:

- Conduct training and assessment sessions for healthcare cleaning staff in both English and Mandarin, in a physical classroom setting and/or on-site where required.
- Deliver training aligned with healthcare cleaning protocols, infection control, environmental hygiene, and workplace safety practices.
- Coordinate training schedules in collaboration with the Operations and HR departments, ensuring alignment with staff rosters.
- Perform training-related administrative duties including course creation, trainee enrolment, attendance tracking, and training grant submissions.
- Ensure strict compliance with training attendance and electronic credential logging procedures.
- Regularly review and update course materials to ensure content remains current, relevant, and compliant with healthcare industry standards.
- Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments and feedback.
- Liaise with the Finance department on the processing of training invoices, claims, and funding matters.
- Prepare and issue certificates of completion to successful trainees.

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Diploma holder with at least 2 years of training experience, preferably in the cleaning or healthcare sector.
- Must possess the **Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA)**or **Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP)**.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage trainees from diverse backgrounds.
- Self-driven, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
- Good interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal teams and external training providers.
- Prior experience in training related to **healthcare or environmental cleaning**is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of NEA or MOH healthcare cleaning standards is an advantage.
