Job Scope:

  • Conduct training and assessment sessions for healthcare cleaning staff in both English and Mandarin, in a physical classroom setting and/or on-site where required.
  • Deliver training aligned with healthcare cleaning protocols, infection control, environmental hygiene, and workplace safety practices.
  • Coordinate training schedules in collaboration with the Operations and HR departments, ensuring alignment with staff rosters.
  • Perform training-related administrative duties including course creation, trainee enrolment, attendance tracking, and training grant submissions.
  • Ensure strict compliance with training attendance and electronic credential logging procedures.
  • Regularly review and update course materials to ensure content remains current, relevant, and compliant with healthcare industry standards.
  • Conduct training needs analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of training through assessments and feedback.
  • Liaise with the Finance department on the processing of training invoices, claims, and funding matters.
  • Prepare and issue certificates of completion to successful trainees.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma holder with at least 2 years of training experience, preferably in the cleaning or healthcare sector.
  • Must possess the Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) .
  • Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively engage trainees from diverse backgrounds.
  • Self-driven, organized, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Good interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with internal teams and external training providers.
  • Prior experience in training related to healthcare or environmental cleaning is highly preferred.
  • Knowledge of NEA or MOH healthcare cleaning standards is an advantage.
