**We are looking for Freelance Role // Part-time**:
As a Solar Panel Cleaner, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently cleaning solar panels on rooftops and ground-mounted systems. You will play a key role in helping our clients keep their solar panel assets in pristine conditions to improve energy efficiency and panel longevitity while maintaining high safety and service standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean residential and commercial solar panels using industrial grade equipment
- Ensure proper setup and safe use of ladders, safety harnesses, and other equipment
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment at all times
- Conduct site assessments to identify potential hazards and implement safety measures.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensure it is in good condition.
- Inspect panels for any visible issues or obstructions
- Communicate professionally with customers when on-site
- Maintain and clean company tools and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Physically fit and comfortable working at heights and under the sun
- WAH/MWAH certificate required
- No experience required - training will be provided
- Responsible, punctual, and a team player
- Valid Class 3 driving license is a plus
- Prior experience in cleaning, roofing, or maintenance work is an advantage
