**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Business partnering with Finance Shared Service, Operations teams and joint venture partners to provide advice on financial reporting and planning activities;
- Review monthly closing of accounts, prepare financial reports, analysis for management’s decision making and ensure compliance with group’s accounting policies
- Review and monitor cash flow and prepare cash flow projection for loan drawdown or repayment decisions, monitoring of loan covenants
- Review GST reporting and income tax computations
- Preparation of financial statements, distributable income, liaise with auditors and tax agents and ensure compliance with Singapore financial reporting standards
- Work closely with finance teams of subsidiaries to ensure timely reporting and accurate analysis of actual, forecast and budget
- Coordinate the annual forecasting and budgeting exercise of the Group
- Assist in preparation of budget presentation slides and approval paper
- Perform financial simulation or scenario planning and ongoing process improvements
- Work closely with other departments for various ad-hoc projects

**Requirements**:

- Degree or professional qualification in Accountancy or CPA
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in consolidation and financial reporting
- Knowledge of Cognos Controller (consolidation) is preferred
- Experience in in the real estate industry is preferred
- Good understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards SFRS(I) and strong technical and analytical skills
- Able to work independently and deliver under tight deadline
- Advanced PowerPoint is preferred and practical usage of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
