**About the Department**:
**UOB Private Bank** is dedicated to managing the wealth of high-net-worth individuals with investment assets of $5 million and above. Keeping in mind our clients’ financial objectives, we provide tailored products and solutions that draw on the Group’s comprehensive suite of personal, business and investment services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Credit Structuring:

- Structure, write and present credit proposals (new, modifications, and annual reviews where applicable) to internal stakeholders for approvals.
- Meet clients with front office, if required, to better understand client needs and improve quality of transaction structure being proposed.
- Structure, write and present product approval documents to internal stakeholders for seeking internal approvals. Managing internal and external stakeholders for closing launch conditions.

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree or above
- 7 years+ of credit experience in private banking or private wealth management industry
- Credit proposal experience on credit structuring and lending or other type of private wealth management credit facilities experience is a must
- Good banking risk knowledge would be highly preferable
