**Key Responsibilities**
- Evaluate the competitiveness of our practices and bring together a diverse range of craft/specialist leaders within Asia Pacific,
- Provide the framework for WoW across practices to support integrated solutions.
- Drive the Asia Pacific portfolio in a collaborative manner working closely with Group COO, regional CEOs and work closely with Global Client Management to ensure the competitiveness of our offerings and professionalism of our practices.
- With a strategic mindset, you support the teams to leverage the right methods to deliver our client engagements in the most effective manner.
- In colloboration with practice leaders, responsible for balancing effective leadership brand portfolios and elevating their reputation and competitiveness within asia pacific.
- Represent dentsu at key industry events, with press, analysts and other strategic thought leadership engagements.
- Develop a profile that promotes dentsu’s innovation agenda to drive growth and client engagement.
- Monitor and mitigate craft operational risks, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Partner with relevant parties to ensure governance framework enhances transparency and accountability to drive delivery within the craft (s).
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the success of craft operational and strategic initiatives.
- Regularly report on progress to the CEO and executive team, identifying areas for improvement and optimisation within a range a craft capabilities.
- Attract, recruit, and develop talent internally and externally to build high performing and innovative practices.
- Involve in key people decisions at the group level, regions, and key markets.
- Lead the practices and solution planning teams to develop unique point of view and thought leadership to empower client management teams to reimagine their business challenges.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration between the CEO and other regions/functions and practice areas within dentsu.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategies and facilitate the execution of regional business plans.
- Facilitate a strong culture and business system that enables multi-practice/brand, multimarket collaboration to deliver the best business outcomes and solutions for clients and society.
- Knowledge sharing, celebration and sharing of best practice amongst all the practices to continuously enhance integration solutioning.
- Assess the talent mix commensurate with the business utilisation to create and stipulate higher revenue growth balanced by the strategic planning baseline.
- Monitor, evaluate and report performance against the overarching practice objectives and strategies, focusing on tangible profit elements.
- Delivers innovative work that extends our capabilities, services and offerings, to ensure we lead within the region and can quantify our impact (in partnership with the client management team).
- In partnership with Practice leaders, responsible new business across practices, client and income growth strategies, as well as supporting global integrated new business and client growth strategies and aligning practitioners behind the delivery of these strategies within dentsu and through GTM leadership brands.
- Act as executive sponsor for key global dentsu relationships, specifically those that leverage Media practice as the foundation for our integrated growth partnership and solutions.
**Requirements**:
- Extensive experience of at least 15 years in building and delivering client solutions for large enterprises across digital marketing.
- High level of technical and analytical knowledge in the relevant practices of media, creative and experience.
- A proven track record in achieving growth & revenue metrics within a corporate business.
- Proven experience of winning new customers and creating go-to market strategy
- Executive level communication and influencing skills with the ability to resolve issues, build consensus among groups of diverse internal/external stakeholders.
- Proven skill in negotiating and mediating conflict.
