**Position Title: Retail Marketing Communication Advisor**

**What you will be doing**:

- Lead market marketing communications (marcom) strategies in line with brand and customer experience strategy to ensure consistency and integration in all marcom messaging towards building master brand equity
- Develop and lead marcom plans to translate business and program objectives into actionable marcom activities
- Chair Integrated Agency Team network in the market - drive strategic vision, agencies integration, effectiveness and efficiency opportunities in marcom
- Contribute to the innovation and development of new solutions, tools, and techniques critical to successful implementation of business strategy
- Served as steward for Esso brand and sub-brands, ensure positioning and communications are consistently applied
- Work with research and other performance data resources (i.e., finance, sales, pricing, media agencies) to evaluate strength of brand and effectiveness of marketing plans / programs and recommend changes in marcom strategy or tactics as required
- Lead agency structural improvement and talent management improvement in line with Global/RBU best practice
- Ensure disciplined financial and controls management on executed plans through the development and stewardship of annual marketing calendar, marketing communications budget and campaign re-appraisal/ ROI
- Support integrated team in leveraging consumer data and insights from agencies / vendors / partners on offer enhancement
- Support use and ongoing development of owned media, including but not limited to FaceBook and website
- Facilitate contract negotiation, management of risk and financial for marketing communication eco-system (eg, integrated agencies, owned and paid media integration, RBU vs local scope of work etc)

**What you should have**:

- About 5-7 years of marcom experience
- Detailed knowledge of marketing strategies, tactics, tools, and processes
- Digital marketing expertise
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with ability to guide cross functional teams
- Project management skills, ability to adapt to tight deadlines and frequent changes in priorities
- Exemplary written and verbal communications and keen attention to detail and quality
- Strong financial literacy
