About the Team
The Datacenter Development team is responsible for site selection, acquisition and delivery. As the Data Center and Network Risk & Internal Control Manager you will be responsible for the following:

- From a macro perspective, build a risk management and control system for external procurement of overseas data centers, check and fill gaps in the current business status, formulate and optimize business processes, and improve risk prevention capabilities
- Responsible for threat and risk assessment of existing business and new business scenarios in overseas data centers, identify the risks and adequate internal controls are designed to mitigate the risks effectively
- Participate in major business projects, provide targeted risk research and judgment and response suggestions in advance and during the event, identify and judge the risks of the business side's strategy, and give threats and risk assessment and response plans
- Formulate departmental audit plans, analyze daily business documents, identify abnormal situations and investigate the causes in depth, prepare audit reports and supervise rectification
- Carry out risk response, in-process supervision and internal control optimization for high-risk areas
- Overseas team risk control training
- Coordinate internal audit and external audit work
- Bachelor degree or above and at least 5 years of Internal plus Big 4 External Audit experiences
- Be sensitive to business vulnerabilities and abnormal data, and have a relatively systematic understanding and practical experience of risk control strategies
- Knowledge of data center related categories;Maintain an understanding of emerging technology, risks and industry trends
- Analytical skills and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
- Good logical ability and understanding, strong communication skills and empathy, able to work independently or with other departments cross-functionally
- Possess excellent execution, project promotion ability and self-driving ability, honesty and integrity
- Able to work in a flexible team environment and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or applicable certification preferred
