**Responsibilities**:
- Manage full spectrum of accounts, including accounts receivables & payables in accordance with company policies and processes.
- Reconciliation of accounts & bank statements.
- Assist in preparation of Monthly, quarterly, yearly financial reports.
- Process staff claims.
- Maintain accurate and proper filing of documentation.
- Assist Finance Manager in improving financial and operational processes.
- Handle petty cash, remittance, invoice, purchase order, a delivery order.
- Provide business operation support and general office administrative assistance.
- Any ad hoc accounting functions assigned by Management.
**Job Requirements**
- You are passionate, creative, an achiever, highly self-motivated and an independent individual who is detailed oriented, possess strong skills relevant to the scope of work; able to work in a team and independently, possess excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills and ability to perform under tight schedule and pressure. Be ready to embark on a dynamic journey with us_
- Diploma in Accounting/LCCI/ACCA or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years relevant working experience.
- Proficient in MSOffice, MYOB preferred.
- Able to converse with English and Chinese speaking clients, contractors and vendors to complete projects effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
