Job Description:

- Manage trust accounts
- Updating subsidiary proprietors (SP) list
- Updating change of address
- Keying in of accounting data (via accounting software)
- Prepare financial statements/ reports
- Generating maintenance contribution invoices on a monthly/ quarterly basis
- Sending reminder letter or letter of demand for maintenance arrears
- Collating invoices and prepare cheque payment
- Collection of Admin fee / Renovation fee etc
- Refund of renovation and other deposit (Security pass / 2nd carpark label / BBQ pits / Function hall etc)
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Description**:

- Relevant qualification and experience preferred
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,200.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary

**Experience**:

- accounts: 1 year (preferred)
