Conduct toolbox meetings and implement safety and health measures at site.
- Conduct regular site inspections and follow up actions to ensure HSE compliance.
- Plan and implement safety programs and proactive campaigns to promote safe work practices.
- Facilitate the inspection and maintenance of equipment.
- Ensure each person working on site is registered in the site registry and carry out a site-specific induction for everyone.
- Investigate and report on any accidents that occur and take actions to prevent re-occurrence.
- Prepare Method Statements/Risk Assessments/Safe Work Procedure.
- Maintain project accident statistics.
- Handle all safety issues and routines at site.
- Liaise with all authorities on safety matters.
- Facilitate and assist in the submission for statutory licenses, permits, variances to the respective government agencies.
- Review work method statements and risk assessments submitted by contractors are in line with local regulations and client’s safety requirements.
- Ensure fire fighting and security equipment are maintained.
- Ensure compliance to the Company’s Code of Conduct and mandatory regulations.
- Any other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements
- Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health or any Engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in **marine shipyard operations**.
- Good in writing business / technical reporting and presentation skills.
- Good knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures.
- Team Player, positive attitude with sense of responsibility.
- Culturally adaptable.

**Salary**: $5,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
