**Position Summary**

This position will be responsible to support NHG Group IT finance operation functions. You will be required to work closely with the project teams, the finance shared service team, NHG Group and institution finance and other departments across the organization. Act as an IT Finance Business Partner. Supports the GCIO and Director of GCIO office to ensure the smooth operations of the Group IT Finance Operations, adhering to the finance governance and compliance and ensuring accuracy and completeness of IT Financial records for audits and management reporting. You’ll also be tasked to support the department in process improvement and cost optimization initiatives, such as streamline and improving the IT billing process and enhancement on tracking & monitoring of actual IT spending for ease of management reporting.

**Role and Responsibilities**

1. Business Finance Operation:
a) Provide end-to-end support on Purchase Requests (PR), billing and invoice queries from institutions, vendors and IT staff including raising / tracking PRs and approvals in system.

b) Performs daily Account Payable function to ensure all transactions are maintained in an effective, up-to-date and accurate manner.

c) Responsible for intercompany billing, reconciling, and agreeing balances within the Group and its related companies for Month-end and Year-end closing.

d) Support Finance and Materials Management departments on related queries.

e) Support month end activities - review all information for and periodic IT spending reports. Monitor IT portfolios and reports its performance periodically.

2. Budgeting / Governance Support:
a) Administrative support on budget/actual IT documentation process.

b) Secretarial duties in support of NN Finance URG.

3. Others:
a) Maintain and up-keep all IT budget approvals and supporting documentations.

b) Perform other duties and assume responsibilities as apparent or as assigned by RO/CSO/HOD

**Requirements / Qualifications**

1. Diploma/Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent.

2. Minimum 3-5 years working experience in Account/Finance.

3. Strong proficiency in MS Office - Word, Powerpoint and Excel, especially with formulas like pivot tables, vlookup, dropdown list, sumif formulas, etc.

4. Experience in SAP FICO, MM module and ITBM (including generating and analysing finance data) is a plus.

5. Meticulous, high level of accuracy, a detailed worker, resourceful, highly motivated and adaptable to rapid changes.

6. Manages pressure well and copes well with demands from various stakeholders.

7. Ability to organize own workload and work under tight timelines deadlines.
