As a Finance Statistic Analyst for the finance team, you will assist the organizations with decision making by collecting, analyzing, and presenting data. You will work in a variety of files and use your mathematical skills to understand data trends and presenting the reports to our stakeholders.

We are seeking a talented and hardworking individual to join our company. As an analyst, you will be consulting with finance and senior management team on data analysis needs in relation to performance improvement, analyzing data using statistical modelling, and presenting your findings to relevant stakeholders. The aim of this role is to assist in the growth of business and performance of our revenue generating business, utilizing data analytics and predictive modelling.

To be successful, you should have excellent mathematical skills, experience with data analytics, and the ability to spot data trends. Ultimately to be able to extract accurate and meaningful data that can be used to make important business decisions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Developing and implementing data collecting strategies.
- Extracting and organizing raw data.
- Setting parameters to disqualify non-usable data.
- Analyzing and interpreting data using statistical modelling software.
- Creating spreadsheets and data analysis reports.
- Presenting reports to business development managers and stakeholders.
- Assisting with the interpretation and use of extracted data.
- Evaluating the success of business decisions based on data trends.
- Working with Finance and the sales team, evaluating sales performance, campaign effectiveness, participate in tenders and bids when required.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in statistics, mathematics, or similar.
- More than 5 years of relevant experience as a statistic analyst.
- In-depth knowledge of statistical data modelling software.
- Ability to spot data trends.
- Knowledge of data mining and scrubbing.
- Advanced mathematical skills.
- Experience with data visualization tools.
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent report writing skills.
