- Entry Level
- Assist People Team in HR operations matters not limited to work passes, onboarding process, leave and benefit administration.
- Support the posting of job listings and downloading resumes on the recruitment channel.
- Facilitate and support the onboarding process for new hires, managing both pre-onboarding and onboarding activities.
- Ensure the accurate input and maintenance of employees' personal information into the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
- Administer the creation and distribution of formalities letters, such as employment letter, Visa and SPR, in a timely manner to meet employee requirements.
- Verify the addition of various leaves such as paternity leave, maternity leave, off-in-lieu etc, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Creating name cards for employees upon their request and business needs. Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle ad-hoc responsibilities or HR projects as needed.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, or related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft office suite.
- Driven, self-motivated, adaptable, and versatile learner with ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, meticulous, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Get-things-done attitude, proactive, and takes initiative in seeing tasks to completion.
- Demonstrate a high level of accuracy, reliability and personal integrity to handle confidential information.
