**The role**

As a Retail Experience Intern under the Retail Centre of Excellence, you will play a key role in new project launches and shape the best in class experience for Love, Bonito stores. You will support the development and delivery of the overall customer experience through the omni-channel journey and touch points. Reporting directly to the Retail Experience Senior Executive, you will play a pivotal role in elevating Love, Bonito offline stores through this exhilarating phase.

You are someone who is flexible, has a knack for problem solving, communicates effectively, with the ability to respond quickly and enthusiastically to changes. Attention to detail, demonstrated obsession with retail and a shown ability to prioritise are critical for this role and in a fast paced environment like Love, Bonito.

**Main Responsibilities**

Support the execution of high-stake whitespace and retail initiative projects. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

- Assist in the execution of high-impact projects end-to-end to refine current operational process across Love, Bonito offline stores
- Conduct in-market research into third-party software, study of current retail behaviours and understand pain points faced today.
- Research, identify, recommend customer experience innovation opportunities and support in the roll out of new improvements.
- Explore experiential retail service solutions to raise the bar in all aspects of the Internal Retail User Experience
- Support in the development of current store omni-channel touch points, and optimising consumer journey to result in consumer conversion

**Requirements**:

- Self-starter who takes initiative, takes responsibility and ownership of their work
- Ability to work and adapt in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
- Enjoy learning new things and picks up new skills quickly
- A sense of curiosity and not shying away from asking questions
- Highly customer-centric with a passion and love for servicing our customers
- Is resourceful and has a knack for solving problems with agility
- Good communication skills, high attention to detail, logical and analytical
- Open to university students of any seniority, a specialisation in Retail or Business related preferred
