**Working Hrs:42hrs/Weekly**

**Responsibilities**:
Reception

1. Manage front desk duties with excellent customer service

2. Answer phone calls, attend to visitors, and respond to enquiries

3. Maintain customer-related information and communicate with teachers

4. Handle varied demands and queries from parents, students, vendors, and staff

5. Provide first-level assistance to students, including handling sick or injured students

6. Assist students in times of need (lost items, uniform, locating teachers/classrooms)

General Admin

1. Assist in distribution of materials and information

2. Manage stock of spare uniforms and first aid items

3. Maintain forms and reception area tidiness

4. Support Primary One registration and other admin duties

5. Perform other tasks assigned by School Leaders or Administration Manager.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
1. Qualification: Minimum GCE "N" level

2. Experience: Preferably 2 years of relevant work experience (primary school experience an advantage)

3. Skills:

- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Team player with initiative
- Excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in MS Office

4. Personal Attributes:

- Mature and pleasant disposition
- Polite, patient, caring, and positive.
