As a Program Manager on our Issue Product & Process team, you are responsible for setting regional roadmaps and strategy for a complex policy area, ensuring our policies, products, programs and systems work together across our many apps to protect consumers and prevent abuse. You work to push projects and operational changes forwards, implement policy changes and define new processes. You also serve as a liaison to key local XFNs and partner closely with internal stakeholders around APAC issues, including Legal, Government Relations, Comms, Operations, Product and Policy.

What will I be doing?
- Develop a deep understanding of how Integrity and Authenticity issues manifest on-platform and stay informed of emerging APAC threats and trends
- Ideate and manage projects and initiatives related to APAC content strategy and policy, especially as it relates to regional elections, regulation, and current events
- Develop APAC specific strategies for detecting, enforcing, and preventing the spread of harmful misinformation on the platform
- Manage our APAC Fact-Checking partnerships, in partnership with our Global Fact-Checking Program Manager
- Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders to develop new features and influence product decisions in relation to Integrity and Authenticity for TikTok's Livestream platform
- Serve as the global liaison for all Livestream features and take ownership of Livestream safety metrics for Integrity & Authenticity issue vertical
- 3+ years experience in a Product or Trust & Safety Operations role with knowledge of Integrity & Authenticity or similar areas
- Highly data-sensitive, capable of in-depth data interpretation; a plus if can work with SQL.
- Possess excellent product thinking and solution capabilities with experience in project or product management, and/or working closely with the engineering teams to execute on product plans
- Proven track record of pushing ambitious products, and/or organisational or process changes through to completion in a matrixed and multicultural environment
- Understanding of the landscape and new policy developments in new media, tech, and the entertainment industry
- Knowledge and understanding of Livestream and Social community products a plus
