Job Responsibilities:
- **Business Strategy Development**: Assist in creating and implementing strategies to enhance client performance and achieve objectives.

Job Requirements:
- **Education**: Local diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
- **Experience**: While prior experience in sales operations or consulting is advantageous, it is not required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
