What you will do:
Global/Geo Alignment & Execution- Ensure alignment of global partner engagement strategies across regional teams.- Collaborate with global leadership to cascade priorities and translate them into actionable local strategies.- Work closely with geo leaders to localize program content and ensure regional relevance.

Regional Program Input & Bi-Directional Communication- Gather and synthesize feedback from regional teams to influence global partner engagement strategies.- Maintain open channels of communication to relay regional insights and updates between global leadership and local teams.- Establish trusted relationships with regional partner sales leaders and partner account managers.

Coordination, Delivery, and Activation- Oversee the delivery and activation of partner programs in-region, ensuring content is adapted to meet local needs.-
- Act as a liaison for the partner sales team, providing resources, updates, and program knowledge to enhance their partner-facing experience.- Address and prioritize partner sales teams’ feedback on program challenges, escalating issues as necessary to ensure swift resolution.- Partner with regional stakeholders to develop and execute tailored plans that align with both global and local objectives.- Provide proactive support to ensure successful implementation of global programs and address any operational challenges as they arise.

Localization of Programs and Incentives- Ensure that global programs and incentives are customized to address local market dynamics and partner expectations.- Collaborate closely with regional teams to adjust program structure, resources, and messaging as needed.

Partner Engagement Initiatives- Lead in the creation and support of in-region partner engagement initiatives that drive sales enablement and program adoption.- Serve as the main point of contact for partner sales teams to provide insights and resources for improved partner interactions.

Program Analytics and Performance Tracking- Track and report on in-region program performance metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.- Provide actionable insights based on partner analytics to support strategic decision-making and program improvement.

Lifecycle Support and Feedback for Global Teams- Offer continuous lifecycle support for partner programs and provide structured feedback to global teams for program improvements.- Actively participate in global discussions on program evolution and lifecycle activities to represent the needs and successes of regional teams.

What you will bring:
- Ability to present findings and recommendations to senior leaders and to manage stakeholder meetings- Ability to understand problems and find solutions- Ability to think creatively and work collaboratively with teams to solve business challenges- Experience with sales forecasting in an APAC team- ability to run sales forecast process with the creation of reporting at both a detailed level for country review and summary level for global presentation- Ability to build customer programs from scratch or optimize global programs and lead the extended team to delivery- Ability to make decisions like requirement prioritization, scope, or assessing viability of solutions- Good listening and written and verbal communication skills- Ability to ask the right questions and understand the received information- Ability to quickly identify and act upon opportunities to attain better results- Ability to work without supervision, take initiative, and maintain high level of responsibility High level of integrity- Ability to prioritize and focus in a complex fast-paced environment #LI-EG1
