**Telemarketing Executive**

At CO Wealth Advisory, we are next generation Financial Consultants that deploy a Premier Wealth service model to our regional High-Net-Worth and Corporate clients, providing a holistic and comprehensive suite of financial solutions for their personal and commercial needs.

We are now building an energetic and results-driven Telemarketing team to support our exciting business growth strategy in the region. Are you up for the challenge?

**Responsibilities**
- Perform telemarketing calls to generate sales and recruitment leads.
- Qualify sales and recruitment leads, sell ideas effectively to them, and convert for sales appointments or job interviews with the managers.
- Support marketing and recruitment campaigns by calling to invite and confirming attendance of qualified leads to sales and recruitment events.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree holder.
- Able to communicate and build rapport with people at all levels with a positive and engaging personality.
- Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with a customer focused attitude.
- Strong proficiency in the English language.
- Meticulous, results-driven, and able to work independently.

**Additional info**
- Attractive hourly rates plus performance incentives

- On-site, Mondays to Fridays, office hours

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
