
Senior Patient Account Officer

The staff will be required to perform A&E Counter duties and handle customers queries pertaining to A&E outpatient visits. He/ she is also required to assist with financial counselling for patient requires admissions.
**Key accountabilities**:
1. Perform A&E visit processing:
- key in patients data and bill A&E patients.
2. Perform Doctors Fees Billing during discharge if required.
3. Perform Cashiering - payment collections (credit card, cash, nets, cheques).
4. Perform financial counselling for patients require inpatient treatment.
5. Handle customer queries.
6. Perform any other tasks as assigned by Superiors.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Minimum Diploma qualifications or equivalent with a pass in mathematics.
Minimum two years of experience in front-line positions.
Past healthcare experience an added advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
Competent in Microsoft Office Applications.
Meticulous and responsible.
