**Call Centre / Customer Service Experience**:
- **Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6pm)**:
- **CBD (Near to MRT)**:
- **6 Months Contract - Subject to Extension or Conversion depending on performance**
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend to enquiries
- Proper recording of conversation with customer in the CRM system
- Achieve / Exceed individual and team KPIs set by the management
- Maintain a positive and helpful approach in interactions with all customers
- Any other related ad-hoc duties as assigned
**Requirements**:
- Possess **Call Centre / Customer Service **experience
- Good communications and interpersonal skills
- Customer service oriented
- Good team player and able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Able to commence work immediately or with short notice
- Able to commit for 6 months
- Reason for leaving each past & current employment
- Salary drawn for each past & current employment
