**Responsibilities**:
**Service Delivery**:
- Build fantastic client relationships and make sure every member of the team delivers a level
- of service we can all be proud of
- Own our on-site service which spans direct recruitment; payroll service; managed vendor
- management; and master vendor management models
- Oversee the on-site team responsible for all recruitment on behalf of the account.
- Develop strong relationships with key account stakeholders.
- Make sure we always hit the mark in terms of our client Service Level Agreements
- Produce and update guidance manuals to engage hiring managers and our on-site teams
- Quickly resolve any issues when they arise.
**Client Drivers & Initiatives**:
- Help define strategies to improve recruitment outcomes for the account.
- Provide consultative advice on all recruitment activities, strategies, and processes.
- Think about how we can boost cost-effectiveness for our clients
- Offer innovative and creative recruitment solutions that factor in recruitment needs and
- market conditions
- Present to groups of hiring managers to communicate change
- Build the Resource Solutions profile within the account.
**Commercial**:
- Own the P&L for the DB site.
- Review and negotiate our commercial terms
- Escalate any risks to a higher level
- Help us chase outstanding invoices
- Deliver meaningful MIS information and reporting so we can demonstrate the value Resource
- Solutions adds to DB.
- Provide competitor and salary benchmarking along with broader market intelligence
- Manage our supplier relationships to ensure we hit our SLAs and have an engaged,
- motivated supply chain providing best quality resources and service for the best price
- Implement any new Resource Solutions initiatives on-site
**Contract/Compliance & Process**
- Make sure our recruitment processes are as efficient and as effective as possible - and that they follow best practice, internal compliance guidelines and external legislation
- Manage data integrity on all recruitment-related systems
**Staff**
- Manage and mentor our on-site Team Leaders
- Hire new team members, both on and off-site
- Carry out bi-annual performance reviews, setting objectives and determining bonuses
- Give every member of the team clearly defined tasks and objectives - along with the support they need to deliver on them
- Measure performance and give everyone constructive feedback to help bring out the best in them
