**Job Type**: 2 years renewable**

**What to Expect**:
Responsible for day-to-day user support and administration of cloud services.Provide incident management, follow-up with problem resolution and regular communication with customers on open cases.Perform operational support and maintenance for the platforms hosted on Government Commercial Cloud (GCC) to ensure maximum possible service availability and performance.-
Perform routine server maintenance tasks, such as monitoring performance, checking logs, updating software, installing patches, etc.Perform major and minor product upgrades.Collaborate with the data engineering team to evaluate and identify solutions and improvement plans.Coordinate with vendors where cloud and virtualization specific issues need to be escalated.Ensure the operational processes are documented and complies with audit requirements.

**As an Operations Engineer, you need to bring to the team**:
At least 3 years of working experience in IT operations.Hands-on experience in AWS cloud platform. Azure experience is good to have.Familiar with change management and incident management workflows, using ITSM tools to manage workflows.Experience with Terraform and scripting language (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) is preferred.Knowledge of container technologies such as Docker / Kubernetes.Knowledge in cloud monitoring and logging.Knowledge of disaster recovery, system backup and restore.Knowledge in Linux server (Redhat / Ubuntu) hardening.AWS / Azure certifications are a plus.
