Partner with Director of Programmes and Programme Leaders on the engagement of faculty.
- Provide support for onboarding and offboarding process.
- Liaise with external vendor for timely and accurate processing of faculty contract issuance, payroll, medical claims etc.
- Partner with Director of Programmes and Programme Leaders on the engagement of faculty.

- Liaise with external vendor for timely and accurate processing of faculty contract issuance, payroll, medical claims etc.
- Provide administrative support to faculty for their official travel (e.g., pre-trip arrangements like booking of air tickets, accommodation etc).
- Provide advice on the interpretation of HR policies and procedures.
- Continuous review of work processes to enhance efficiency.
- Prepare reports and statistics for data-driven decisions.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Preferably with 5 years of experience in a relevant role.
- Technology savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications.
