We're hiring a **HR Business Partner, Asia Pacific** to be based in Singapore. This role will support the talent agenda for our APAC operations (Singapore, Japan, and Australia), transforming strategy to execution, ensuring the organization has the right infrastructure for success. This role report to the VP, Human Resource.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Partner closely with senior leadership in building and driving the talent strategy - including optimising the organisational structure and design, identifying and mitigating talent risks, and driving engagement across the employee base.
- Collaborate with Centers of Excellence in driving employee engagement, career development, and competitive compensation and benefit programs, to ensure Similarweb is an employer of choice in the region.
- Partner with the corporate team in driving corporate people-related initiatives throughout the region (merit processes, performance reviews, talent and succession planning, etc )
- Utilize global tools, resources, and frameworks to develop both local and regional solutions to talent, business, and operational challenges.
- Coach managers and leaders on strengthening their managerial and leadership capabilities.
- Serve as an employee advocate to ensure a healthy, inclusive, and respectful work environment.
- Serve as a change agent and facilitate change management activities including program design, aligning motivation, and assessing employee and business success.

**Qualifications and Competencies**
- Proven track record of managing a wide range of HR activities across the Asia Pacific region.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of labor practices across the region.
- Impactful communicator and collaborator who builds relationships through coaching and executing to plan.
- Proactively recognises potential problems and works creatively and independently to solve for them.
- Generates recommendations and proposals based on data and trends.
- High level of business acumen; general understanding of hi-tech/market intelligence/consulting industries preferred.
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related discipline preferred.
- Fluency in English a must, Japanese an added advantage.
