**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for whole recruitment process from sourcing to interview arrangement.
- Collect and verify timesheets, leave records, and other relevant data for payroll calculations.
- Maintain payroll records and ensure data confidentiality and security.
- Orientation for new employees and policies procedure.
- Assist in the administration for medical and insurance claims, welfare & benefits
- Assist with invoicing matters
- Any other ad hoc projects and duties, as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Min ITE/ Diploma in Accounting / HR or equivalent
- Min 2 years relevant working experience preferred
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficient in HR system (preferably EasyPay) will be an added advantage
- Able to meet tight deadlines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant Disposition
- Adaptable and able to multi task
- Able to start work on short notice / immediately

8.30am
- 6.00pm
