**Accounts Payable Executive**
As an Accounts Payable Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the financial health of our organization. Reporting directly to the Assistant Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire accounts payable process, ensuring accurate and timely payments to vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Review and verify invoices for accuracy, completeness, and adherence to company policies.
- Code and enter invoices into the accounting system with attention to detail.
- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments.
- Reconcile payments with purchase orders, contracts, and supporting documents.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to resolve issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers while ensuring timely payments.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions.
- Generate reports for management on a regular basis.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant financial regulations.
- Assist in audits related to accounts payable activities.
**Requirements**:
- Min Diploma in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 2- 3 years of proven experience accounts payable or related roles.
- Preferably from FMCG industry.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiar with accounting software like QuickBooks will be advantageous.
