Airport Service Assistant

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Arrive on time for assigned duties.
- Demonstrate professionalism and a service-oriented attitude, with past customer service experience.
- Load passengers' bags and luggage onto taxis for needy passengers
- Guide and assist passengers in choosing alternative transport during low taxi availability.
- Provide accurate information about Changi Airport to passengers.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as directed by the appointed supervisor managing taxi operations.
- Clear trolleys in taxi areas and terminals, placing them in designated areas or as directed.
- Work with the taxi coordination team to efficiently allocate passengers to available taxis.
- Manage passenger queues and divert when necessary.
- Assist with shuttle bus services by directing passengers to stops and providing information on routes.

**Salary**: $1,400.00 - $1,500.00 per month
