**About the role
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Retail Merchandiser to join our team. As a Retail Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in promoting our brand and products in various retail outlets. Your primary responsibility will be to create visually appealing displays and optimize product placement to maximize sales and customer engagement.

**Your Main Responsibilities:
- **Visual Merchandising**:Develop eye-catching and innovative displays that showcase our products in an attractive manner. Ensure that all displays comply with brand guidelines and effectively communicate the brand message.
- **Product Placement**:Strategically arrange products on shelves and racks to optimize visibility and accessibility for customers. Regularly update and refresh product displays to maintain an appealing shopping environment.
- **Inventory Management**:Monitor stock levels and collaborate with the inventory team to ensure adequate product availability on the sales floor. Alert management about any stock shortages or overstock situations.
- **Sales Analysis**:Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Use this information to make data-driven decisions on product placement and promotional activities.
- **Promotional Activities**:Ensure that all promotional materials are correctly displayed and effectively communicate the key messages.
- **Store Relationship**:Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff to foster a collaborative working environment and ensure our brand is well-represented. Gather feedback from stores staff on product performance and sales insights.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with retail store policies and procedures, including pricing, signage, and display guidelines.

**What You'll Need:
- Basic knowledge of sales analysis and inventory management.
